Summer’s here and there’s no better way to beat the heat than a tall glass of refreshing Mojito cocktail. Here’s five awesome ways you can make and serve this incredibly versatile and delicious drink.
1. CLASSIC MOJITO
2 parts white rum
4 lime wedges12 fresh mint leaves
2 heaped tsp caster sugar
1 part soda water/club soda
Sprig fresh mint to garnish
Gently press together the limes & sugar. Bruise the mint leaves by clapping them between your palms, rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in. Next, half fill the glass with crushed ice, add the rum & stir. Top up with crushed ice, a splash of soda and a sprig of mint.
2. BACARDÍ RAZZ MOJITO
12 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, sliced
1 1/2 oz. BACARDI® RAZZ
2 tablespoon simple syrup or sugar
Muddle 12 fresh mint leaves & 1/2 lime. Cover with 2 tablespoons simple syrup or sugar; top with ice. Add 1/2 oz. of BACARDI® RAZZ & top with club soda. Stir well & garnish with a sprig of mint & a lime.
3. BACARDÍ DRAGON BERRY MOJITO
2 part(s) Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum
1 part(s) Simple Syrup
4 wedge(s) Lime
8 Mint Leaves
3 Strawberries Hulled and Sliced
In a shaker, muddle 3 lime wedges, simple syrup, mint leaves and 2 strawberries. Fill glass with ice and add BACARDI DRAGON BERRY. Shake and pour back into glass, top off with additional ice and fill with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wedge and a fresh strawberry.
4. BACARDÍ MANGO MOJITO

2 oz BACARDÍ Mango Fusion Flavored Rum
4 lime wedges
12 fresh mint leaves
2 heaping teaspoons of white sugar

Top off with club soda
Muddle mint leaves and lime in a tall glass. Cover with simple syrup and fill glass with ice. Add BACARDÍ® Limón™ and club soda; stir well. Garnish glass with lime wedge and sprigs of mint.
