How to keep #fit without #exercising

Your daily routine provides great opportunities to keep fit. Here’s how…


Most of us want to do something for our fitness, but just don’t manage to hit the gym or go for exercising. But our daily lives give us ample opportunities to keep the body fit by just keeping few things simple and taking care of few daily habits.

Going back to few of the old school habits can still make a difference in our health. Maintain a lifestyle that is healthy to start with. Have your dinner at least two hours before you sleep. That will help in better digestion and thus less tummy fat and lethargy. And never skip your breakfast. Get up just half an hour earlier than you usually do before going to the office, cook something healthy for yourself.

This will keep you going for the rest of the day

Go walking to the nearest grocery shop of simple daily life shopping if you are going to the neighborhood only. Climb the stairs of your office instead of taking the lift to the second or third floor. This might seem hard initially, but your body will get used to it in no time. This way you don’t have to go out of your daily routine to exercise.

Try not to be too stressed out. There are few easy ways of relieving stress that can make a lot of difference to your health. Maintain a hobby like music or reading, Don’t ponder too much into the past problems or stress about the next day’s work or the uncertain future goals. Leave your office hassles in the office premises and create a new and more relaxed atmosphere at home. Create a space in your house, like a small library or music corner, where you can do what you like doing and spend at least an hour in that space.
