– Lean cuts of chicken and fish
It takes more effort to chew these foods because of their higher content of protein, thus, it ups the number of calories burnt.

– Whole grains
Adding whole grains to our diet means calling for extra energy to break down the food, as it is loaded with fiber.

– Almonds
Almonds are a rich source of Vitamin E, Fiber, Protein and Mono- Unsaturated Fatty Acids which will help us keep full for a longer time and also serve as an anti-oxidant.

Spinach is a powerhouse of nutrients, containing Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron to get those Popeye arms, magnesium, and fiber. Having less calories per serving is an excellent option for people on weight loss diets.

– Dairy
